Volume Requirement

The minimum volume requirement to be accepted into the 2026 MDC is $5,000,000.

Application Fee

The application fee is $225.00. All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This fee includes your seat at the banquet, Million Dollar Club advertising, and MDC expenses.

Getting Started

Visit our online MDC application and enter your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your login ID or password, you can request that your login information be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Once you have accessed the online form, you can enter your data by following these steps:

Applicant Data

Most of this information is automatically populated when you log in, based on your current membership record.

Transaction Data

To start entering data, click "Transactions" in the menu. This will open the Transaction Summary page with MDC categories. Use the "+ New" button next to the appropriate category to add a transaction. Enter each transaction one at a time for sales or leases completed in 2025 while you were an ACBR member. To view a summary of what you have entered, click Save at the bottom of the page to return to the summary page.

Improved Features

• "Pending Transactions": Transactions entered on another application that include MDC credit shared with you. This section appears near the bottom of your Transaction Summary page.
  Note: You or the additional broker must log in to your MDC profile to add any additional transactions that may not have been shared with other brokers. Do not accept or enter duplicate transactions.
  Please review all Pending Transactions and choose to:
  • Accept - This transaction is correct and will count toward your total MDC credit.
  • Reject - There is a problem with this transaction that should be corrected by the originator. Please include notes describing what is wrong.
  • Copy - Creates a copy of this transaction that you can edit. This will not change the original transaction.
  • No response for now - Returns you to your list of transactions.
• "Save & Next": While reviewing transactions already entered, you can easily move to the next transaction to review.
• "Save & New +": After entering data for a transaction, select "Save & New" to move to the next transaction entry page.
• "Save Incomplete Transaction": Save a transaction entry when you do not yet have all the information needed to complete it.

Submitted Application Requires Broker Review

Once you have reviewed all entered data, click "Application" in the menu to confirm your application and pay the application fee. Your current Principal Broker/Designated REALTOR® and/or previous Principal Broker will be notified of your submission and will be required to log in to the MDC application webpage to review and approve your application and transactions. After you submit your application, your application status will be available on the home page.
