In the competitive world of commercial real estate, strong negotiation and communication skills can make all the difference. This interactive CE course, presented by ACBR, partners with the experts at Dad’s Garage Improv Theater to help brokers sharpen their ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, and respond confidently in high-stakes conversations. Through applied improvisation techniques, participants will explore practical strategies for professional speaking, client interactions, and negotiation scenarios that translate directly to real-world transactions.

Dad’s Garage has worked with organizations across industries to develop stronger communication skills and uncover new approaches to collaboration and problem-solving. This engaging, hands-on session is designed to help members strengthen their professional presence while building agility in fast-moving conversations.
