ACBR | Economic Development from a CRE Lens
Thursday, February 26 | 191 Peachtree Towers
12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
ABOUT EVENT
Economic Development from a CRE Lens brings together senior leaders from the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and key regional and statewide economic development organizations for a practical look at how economic development decisions are made, and how those decisions directly impact commercial real estate activity across our market.
This three-part program explores how site selection strategy, incentives, business recruitment, and job creation influence deal flow and investment. Attendees will gain insight into how economic development partners evaluate opportunities, what drives relocation and expansion decisions, and how brokers can better align with those processes to strengthen transactions.
The course is GREC approved for 3 hours of CE credit and is offered through the Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate. This program is complimentary for ACBR Members with a $25 refundable deposit.
