NOTE: The minimum volume requirement to be accepted into the 2022 MDC is $5 million dollars.
You will enter in your login id and chosen password. If you have forgotten your login id or password you can have your login information e-mailed to you and remember to check your spam inbox. Once you have accessed the online form you can enter your data by following these steps:
Most of this information is populated from when you login and is populated based on your current membership record.
To start entering in data, click on the "New" button and it will pull up a Transaction Information Form. You will enter each transaction one at a time for sales or leases completed in 2021. If you would like to see a summary of what has been entered to date, then click on Transaction Data to the left or Save to take you back to the summary page.
- "Copy To": For additional brokers who represented the same side of the transaction. This feature will copy the MDC credit to a separate application. This avoids the applicant from having to re-enter the broker's data over again after it has already been entered once. Note: You or the additional broker must login to their MDC profile to add any additional transactions that may have not been shared with other brokers.
- "Save and Next": While reviewing the transactions already entered, you can transition easily to the next transaction to review.
- "Save and New": After entering data in the transaction summary, you can select "Save and New" and you will move to the next transaction page.
Print Completed Application
Once you have reviewed all data that has been entered, you will click this link, which generates a PDF file for review and printing. The Certification Letter(s) for your Current Designated REALTOR® / Managing Broker and/or the Previous Broker will be included in this file. Please confirm accuracy, print the application and have it signed by the DR/Managing Broker(s).
