NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Training Requirements
There are three required training courses for new ACBR REALTOR® members, and two required courses for new ACBR Members (non-REALTOR®).
ACBR REALTOR® Members must complete:
- ACBR Local Orientation
- Code of Ethics Training
- Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training
ACBR Members (non-REALTOR®) must complete:
- ACBR Local Orientation
- Ethics Training
All required training must be completed within the first six months of membership.
Class Information
These courses are taken separately.
- ACBR Local Orientation – This program is approximately 90 minutes in length and is typically offered once a month. Please use the links in the calendar below to register.
- Code of Ethics Training – This program can be completed in class or online. ACBR provides an in-class option quarterly for new members. Please use the links in the calendar below to register. For additional Code of Ethics training options, click here.
- Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training – This program can be completed in class or online. NAR provides free Fair Housing / Anti-Bias training for new REALTOR® members. For Fair Housing training options, click here.
Already a REALTOR®?
If you are currently a member of another REALTOR® association, or you were previously a member of ACBR, and you have already completed New Member Orientation, Code of Ethics Training, and Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training, you do not need to retake these courses with ACBR.
