This web-based system available exclusively to REALTOR® members of the Atlanta Commercial Board gives users the ability to market commercial real estate “haves” and even specific property "needs” to over 1,500 commercial agents in the Atlanta area. Set up your "Exchange Mail Preferences" now to have listings that fit your interests sent directly to your email. You can even use our search feature to find messages matching your criteria that have gone out as far back as 90 days.
CommercialBoardForms.com is software that incorporates the 41 commercial forms that have been created by the Forms Committee of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. It allows you to fill in form fields easily, strike through text and even add text such as special stipulations or extra signature blocks. This system has been created by the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® for the benefit of its members. CommercialBoardForms.com is owned by the Board and will be updated to best meet the needs of our members.

CommercialSource.com has been created by the National Association of REALTORS® to serve as a comprehensive website for all things pertaining commercial real estate. The main feature of the site is the commercial real estate marketplace, where commercial property listings are aggregated from local CIE’s and practitioners from all over the country. In addition, CommercialSource.com features the Online Convention and Tradeshow, research and education, industry news and other resources. CommercialSource is Your Source.
The Research room has 4 computer terminals with high speed internet with software providing access to property records and plat maps, as well as an index of useful web resources. You can also find tenant/buyer directories, listing books, city guides, and more.
Tech Helpline, a new free member benefit, provides support for hardware, software, networking and digital devices. The support staff can troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, often by remoting in to your computer while you relax. As a member of the Board, you can now call and receive free support for any tech problems or issues. Tech Helpline is based out of Florida and is a firm that is widely used by REALTORS® across the country.
The Board has established a partnership with Xceligent, a data provider, to provide our members with the most comprehensive commercial real estate information available in Atlanta for an affordable price. Xceligent is a nationwide provider of property and listing information for the commercial real estate industry. Xceligent is in 35 markets across the country and will be expanding across the United States into all major cities.
