For All Members:
- You may upload a photo, logo and add a bio or company description/ad that will be displayed on our Member Search page.
- You may view your membership renewal information, orientation status and quadrennial Code of Ethics status. (If you are a member of multiple associations, you will be able to see this information for each association.*)
For Designated REALTORS® and Managing Brokers:
In addition to the services listed above...
- You may view the membership renewal information, orientation status and quadrennial Code of Ethics status for each member affiliated with your firm.
- If you are a Designated REALTOR® with multiple offices or membership in multiple associations, you will have the ability to filter your search data by office and by association. Notices will be sent during the membership renewal process with links to this site for you to review the status of the members affiliate with your firm..
- Important note - this site does not have an ecommerce capability so you will not be able to pay for any renewals in this section. Please contact the association for assistance with renewals of your agents.
- You will be able to review the list of licensees affiliate with your firm that do not currently hold REALTOR® membership in the state of Georgia. Please remember, if you are the Designated REALTOR®, your application for REALTOR® membership included an agreement to pay for all of the licensees affiliated with your firm. Please review this list and contact the association if you have any questions.
- You will be able to download a customized scholarship to provide prospective agents with a $100 discount off the in-class Prelicense course at the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. If you upload your logo in this site, the logo will be included on the scholarship so it is branded with your company name.
