2011 YCR Leadership Luncheon

On July 14th, 2011, at the The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, the ACBR Young Council held their annual Leadership Luncheon featuring Leo F. Wells, III, of Wells Real Estate Funds. Mr. Wells is the Founder, President, and Sole Director of his company. A 30-year veteran of the real estate brokerage, sales, and management industries, Mr. Wells is recognized as an industry expert on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and is sought after by the media and industry speaking circuit. Attendees at the event were able to gain strategic insight into building an ultra-succesful business.

At the Luncheon, Mr. Wells reviewed his own beginnings and outlined a number of key milestones throughout his career, as well as components in structuring future businesses. He built the audience a model to a productive business without leaving the podium.

In the end, one underlying theme rang loud and clear. The theme was that in order to manage your business effectively, as well as your personal life, the key is to have strong foundations. To have strong financial foundations. To have leadership rooted with foundations. To hire people with strong beliefs.
