The Annual Business Meeting was held on Friday, December 9th, for the Installation of the 2012 Officers and Directors and recognition of the 2011 award recipients. CBR members gathered at the InterContinental Hotel as Furman Wood and the newly elected 2012 Officers and Directors were sworn into office.

2011 President, John Ferguson, recapped the 2011 year and congratulated all those who worked so hard to keep the Atlanta Commercial Board at the forefront of Atlanta's business community, both locally and nationally. Despite a less than stellar business environment, great strides were made by the individuals within the Association as a whole. New and improved services and tools were rolled out for member usage throughout the year. Additionally, the Annual Business Meeting benefited the Board's Holiday Toy Drive. This year nearly 50 toys were collected to help brighten a child's holiday.

Many thanks are in order to John Ferguson, as well as the Officers, Directors and Committee Members, whereas, they have proven that hard work and focus does indeed get results. They are truly examples of excellent volunteer leaders. Thanks to all our volunteers and general membership for a great year!
