In 2010, 141 of 191 or 73.8% of the GIRE classroom Salesperson Pre-license students and 79 of 87 or 90.8% of the GIRE computer-based Salesperson Pre-license students pass the State exam on their first attempt! (Statewide percentage passing the first time – 69.2%.)

A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®, The Voice for Real Estate, the world's largest professional association. The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. When you join a local REALTOR® association, you automatically become a member of that board's state association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
