Education for REALTORS®

Courses

Courses offered by our school, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE) meet all the requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, as well as providing you with a solid understanding of the practices of the real estate industry. Members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® will receive a 10-20% discount on most courses. All Courses reflect the full tuition for non-members until you log into the system and your current membership status is recognized.

Seminars

CBR provides its members with exclusive access to a wide range of professional development seminars throughout the year. The Education Committee organizes monthly one hour, high quality education programs. These seminars are one of most beneficial of all member benefits with over 130 Members in attendance at each seminar.

Free Continuing Education

By joining the Atlanta Commercial Board, your membership provides you with access to attend the free quarterly 3 hour continuing education courses especially designed for the CBR membership. These courses are focused on different areas of the industry with local and national experts serving as the instructors. Members are sent email registration invites as the courses are planned. 2012 Databank Real Estate Symposium

You are cordially invited to the upcoming Databank Commercial Real Estate Symposium, which will take place on Thursday, February 16th at 7:30 am at Ahavath Achim Synagogue (600 Peachtree Battle Avenue). The cost to attend the Symposium with no CE credit is $95 advance / $105 at the door, with CE credit is $120 advance / $140 at the door. The Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® will waive the $60 CBR application fee for all Designated REALTORS® who complete the broker pre-license course (in-class at our Atlanta or Duluth locations, online or on CD-ROM) through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and who were not previous members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
